(1) If a person holding a public position is found to have acted improperly from the investigation conducted by the commission, or if there is reasonable cause to believe, the commission shall notify such person of the details obtained from the investigation of the complaint and submit a reasonable deadline to submit an explanation in this regard.
(2) When giving information in accordance with sub-section (1), the complaint filed against the person holding public office and the details obtained from the investigation in that regard and the charges against him are based on what and the reason and what kind of departmental action or punishment will be imposed if the charge is found.
